Step 1: Unlock Your Domain

Unlock your domain before the transfer starts. Get in touch with your current registrar and tell them to switch off the “Domain Lock” to initiate the transfer.

Step 2: Ask for Your Authorization (EPP) Code

Request an authorization code from your existing registrar (commonly referred to as EPP or transfer key). We’ll also have to get permission from the Administrative Contact of your domain. The request to approve is sent via email, so ensure the email address in your domain record is valid.

Step 3: We Handle Everything Else

We'll complete the entire website domain transfer as soon as you provide the authorization code and verify that the domain is unlocked. You can relax while we finish the move for you.

Useful Tip: You Can’t Transfer Expired Domains

Always start your transfer with a domain before it expires. Registrars don't let you transfer expired domains.
