Refund Policy


Websouls offers a 100-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting services, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth in this policy.
 

This guarantee is intended to provide customers with an opportunity to evaluate eligible hosting services while establishing clear guidelines governing refund eligibility, processing, and applicable deductions. By purchasing an eligible service, customers acknowledge and agree to the provisions of this policy.
 

Eligible Services and Covered Plans


This Guarantee applies exclusively to first-time purchases of packages within the following hosting categories, provided they are purchased with an annual (12-month) or longer billing cycle.
 

  • Shared Hosting
  • Business Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting


Monthly plans, shorter billing cycles, renewals, upgrades, migrations, and any services not expressly listed above are not eligible for coverage under this Guarantee.
 

Refund Eligibility Requirements


To qualify for a refund under this Guarantee, the customer must submit a refund request within one hundred (100) calendar days of the original payment date for the eligible hosting service.


Refund requests submitted after the applicable 100-day period shall not be eligible for consideration under this Guarantee.


The hosting plan must be an annual or multi-year term (plans shorter than 1 year are not eligible).
 

Domain Registrations, Renewals, and Related Charges


Domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, restoration, and other domain-related fees are non-refundable once the applicable domain service has been provisioned, processed, activated, renewed, transferred, or otherwise completed.


Where an eligible hosting package includes a domain registration, transfer, renewal, or any other domain-related service, the applicable domain-related charges shall be deducted from any approved refund amount.


For example, if an eligible hosting package costs $100 and includes a $15 domain registration fee, the maximum refundable amount would be $85.


Once a domain name has been registered, renewed, activated, or transferred, the associated registration rights are assigned to the registrant for the applicable registration term and cannot be refunded.
 

Promotional and Discounted Orders


Eligibility for this Guarantee is not affected by promotional pricing, discount codes, coupons, special offers, or other discounted purchase arrangements.


Any approved refund shall be calculated solely on the amount actually paid by the customer, less any applicable non-refundable fees, charges, deductions, taxes, or domain-related costs described in this policy.
 

Special Cases


Non-Activated Domain Names


Domain registration fees may be refundable only if the domain has not been activated or successfully registered. Refunds may also be considered where registration is rejected by the applicable registry or governing authority.
 

Domain Transfers


Domain transfer fees are refundable only if the transfer is unsuccessful due to technical or processing issues. For standalone domain transfers, the equivalent of a one-year renewal fee may apply.


Note: If the transfer is purchased with an eligible hosting package, no transfer-related fee will be charged.
 

Products and Services Not Eligible for Refund


Except where expressly required by applicable law, the following products and services are excluded from this Guarantee and are non-refundable:

  • VPS Hosting
  • Dedicated Hosting
  • Development Services
  • Marketing Services
  • SSL Certificates
  • Website Security Services
  • Website Maintenance Services
  • Google Workspace
  • Domain name transfers (see special conditions above).
  • AI Credit Packs purchased separately from a subscription
  • Third-party products, licenses, software, or services provisioned on behalf of the customer


Any product or service not expressly listed as eligible under this policy shall be considered non-refundable.
 

Renewals


This Guarantee applies solely to the first-time purchase of an eligible hosting service.


Renewal invoices, recurring billing charges, service extensions, renewal upgrades, and any subsequent billing periods are expressly excluded and shall not qualify for refunds under this Guarantee.
 

Abuse, Policy Violations, and Illegal Activity


No refund shall be issued where Websouls determines, in its sole discretion or legal authorities or data centers, that a service has been suspended, restricted, cancelled, or terminated as a result of:
 

  • Violations of the Websouls terms of service
  • Violations of acceptable use policies
  • Illegal activities
  • Phishing
  • Fraudulent conduct
  • Spam-related activities
  • Malware distribution
  • Network abuse
  • Security violations
  • Any activity that negatively impacts Websouls, its customers, infrastructure, or third parties


Websouls reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, bad-faith activity, or attempts to circumvent this policy.
 

Payment Fraud and Chargeback Abuse


Orders identified as fraudulent, including but not limited to unauthorized payment activity, stolen payment credentials, criminal fraud investigations, chargeback abuse, or bad-faith payment disputes, may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.


In such cases, no refund shall be issued, and affected services may be permanently terminated.
 

Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the applicable purchase whenever reasonably practicable and permitted by the relevant payment processor, financial institution, or payment network.


For example:
 

  • Credit or debit card payments will generally be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.
  • Bank transfer payments will generally be refunded to the originating account where permitted.
  • Alternative payment methods will generally be refunded through the applicable payment channel, subject to provider requirements.


Most approved refunds are processed promptly following approval. However, processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days due to payment provider procedures, banking systems, compliance reviews, verification requirements, or other circumstances beyond Websouls' reasonable control.
 

Account Termination Following Refund


Upon approval of a refund, the associated hosting service and all related hosting resources will be canceled and terminated. Customers are responsible for creating backups and transferring any data prior to requesting a refund.
 

How to Request Your Refund


To request a refund under this guarantee:

  2. Navigate to the Support Center.
  3. Select "Open Ticket."
  4. Choose the "Billing" department.
  5. Submit your refund request with the relevant order information.


Websouls may request additional information or documentation necessary to verify account ownership, payment details, eligibility, and compliance with this policy before processing a refund request.
 

Websouls Right to Modify


Websouls reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, replace, or discontinue this Guarantee at any time.


Any modification shall not affect refund requests that qualified under the version of the policy in effect at the time of the original purchase, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
 

Policy Compliance Review


All refund requests are subject to review, verification, and approval by Websouls. Eligibility shall be determined based on this policy, account activity, payment records, service usage, compliance history, and any other information reasonably required to evaluate the request.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Websouls reserves the right to make the final determination regarding eligibility under this Guarantee.


This Guarantee is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law and shall be interpreted accordingly.
